Gravel and item #4 driveways require periodic maintenance. These forms of roadways are subject to erosion, pot holes, frost heaving, and ruts from heavy delivery trucks, and will need to be repaired over the years. Culvert pipe can rot and be crushed by traffic. We can remove and replace these pipes with a variety of different material including PVC and HDPE.
-
Guide rails may be necessary in potentially dangerous situations where there are steep slopes directly adjacent to a driveway. Guide rails can be the difference between going over the edge or being redirected and keeping you on the driveway surface.

Pond repairs and cleanouts may need to be done for aesthetic purposes or functional purposes. Generally a pond will have some form of inflow – a river, stream or drainage system. The inflow tends to introduce silt and over time fills the body in. The shallower a water body gets, the more vegetation will grow. We can provide services to do minor dredging, clean vegetation from pond perimeters and even coordinate repairs for leaking dams and spillways. In most case permits are required for working in or near these wet areas and we are able to assist and coordinate with this process as well.

Steel edging for walkways and patios is a functional and aesthetically pleasing way to transition between a gravel area and a lawn.
-
Stepper stones come in a variety of shapes and colors. They can be a beautiful, rustic way to make pathways and stairways without the use of concrete and manmade pavers.

When preparing for the installation of an above ground pool it is necessary to remove the organic layer of topsoil, level the area and install the necessary base materials to support the weight of water without sinking. Trenching for electric is also available to supply the filter pump and heater with electricity.
